Rubber Sheeting

Many of our sheetings are commonly used for rubber gasket materials.  They are available in a range of materials including: NR (Natural Rubber), SBR, EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), NBR (Nitrile), CR (Chloroprene), FKM, etc.  and comes in a wide range of thicknesses, and shore hardness tolerances.

For example,

• SBR rubber sheets are suitable for applications that have no chemicals such as water or air.
• EPDM rubber sheets have good resistance to acids, alkali and to chemical products in general.
• NR rubber sheets have very good mechanical properties and are suitable for applications that require good elasticity and absorption.
• NBR rubber sheets are resistant to fats, oils and fuels.

Rubber sheeting is used in the following industries: food and beverage, mining and quarrying, power generation.
For example in the mining industry applications include skirting rubber (for the side of conveyors) and screening media.
In the food and beverage sectors food-grade rubber sheets are used.
