Rubber Extrusions

Rubber extrusions come in various materials and many cross-section shapes. Rubber extruded parts are forced through a die of the required cross section under pressure. They are available in lengths often wound around a reel.  These are available in many compounds including neoprene, nitrile, EPDM, silicone, and Viton®. Extrusions such as rubber seals, U channels, D-section profiles, sponge profiles  and rubber cords are  used in many applications including rubber window seals and rubber doors seals, outdoor electrical enclosures, medical equipment, seals and tubing. Industries that use rubber extrusions include food processing, aerospace, medical device, construction, and the transportation industry.
